OUR STORY

My name is Nicole Grzonka Visetti, and I have been living and working in the Dominican Republic since 1990.

As an Airbnb Superhost, owner of Cabrera Chalet Boutique Hotel, owner of Villa Romadillo, and founder of the Magic Spot residential community, my passion has always been creating unique Caribbean living experiences that combine hospitality, comfort, nature, and investment potential.

Over the years, I have specialized in luxury villas, boutique hospitality, vacation rentals, and real estate opportunities in Cabrera — one of the Dominican Republic’s most beautiful and fast-growing destinations.

Together with my daughter Julia Visetti, who was born and raised in the Dominican Republic, we work as a perfect team and share a deep passion for Caribbean living, hospitality, and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests and clients.
